AHACO High Point Rules

  1. All currently paid members of AHACO, youth and adult, may compete. Points to count from date membership is paid. Points to count double on member shows.
  2. The competitive season starts November 1st and ends October 31st of each show year.
  3. Awards will be presented at the Annual Meeting to be held in January. Any results received after November 1st will count towards the following year if membership is renewed.
  4. There will be no entry fee to compete for these awards.
  5. Each member is responsible for returning a completed high point form to the high point chairperson within sixty (60) days of the attended show in order for the points to count, or before November 1st, whichever occurs first. These forms must be signed by the Show Secretary, or qualified office assistant. Incomplete forms may be disqualified and members will be notified in writing. Exception: U.S. and Canadian Nationals show results must be received by the high point chairperson no later than two weeks following the show or by November 1st, whichever is earlier.
  6. The points chairperson is not responsible for points missed. Point standings will be published in the newsletter at least once during the year so members can check their totals for accuracy.
